1.  What is boot camp?

Boot camp is an hour long workout that includes:

       -  cardio

       -  strength-building work

       -  flexibility work

       -  coordination work

       -  balance work 

 

It is for all fitness levels – the more you attend, the more you find you can do.  Each Rummel Creek Women’s Boot Camp concludes with a short devotion and prayer.  Health and fitness tips are included most mornings.  Rummel Creek Women’s Boot Camp is led by Becca Howard, an AFAA certified personal fitness trainer.

 2.  Where does boot camp meet?

Rummel Creek Women’s Boot Camp meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. We meet in the parking lot at Rummel Creek Elementary, 625 Brittmoore, Houston, Texas 77079. Map

 3.  What do I bring?

You will need water, a thick exercise mat, jump rope, resistance band (medium or red resistance) and a pair of light hand weights, 5 to 8 lbs. each.  A filled out health and waiver form should be brought to your first session.
